About 42 years ago there was a family that wanted a place for fellow nerd/geeks to hang out and bond. The Stark family was a very rich family and decided to found Nerd Camp. Ever since the day it opened kids from all over the world have flocked to the camp. In 2001 Nerd camp opened a boarding school on the grounds. Now campers can stay year round! The Starks have owned the camp since the day it opened to today. The current owner is Duncan "Dunc" Stark. He has two sons; one who is a counselor and the other still attends as a camper. His older son Lewis Stark is expected to take over the camp when Duncan retires.
